FAQ
What are the requirements for using CloudDeck?
You should have an internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download speed for playing at 720p and at least 25 Mbps for playing at 1080p. Your client device should be connected to your router via ethernet cable or at least 5Ghz Wifi and run one of the following operating systems: Windows 7+, macOS 10.13+, Linux, Android 4.1+ or ChromeOS.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial. If you're unhappy with your experience, please send an email to support@clouddeck.app and we'll help you with any issues.
What games are supported?
You can play all games that run under Linux natively and Windows games that run via Proton or Wine. You can find a mostly complete list here: https://protondb.com.
Do I have to own the games I want to play?
